A Quality Engineering Technician Inspector job is available with Kelly Engineering Services in Fort Worth, TX area. You will have direct responsibilities for QA inspection activities and documentation review/ approval/ release associated with product and processes in assigned area. Looking for experience working in a manufacturing company, preferably a medical products company. You will be responsible developing technical solutions to problems using the corrective/preventative action process including reviewing and resolving Material Review Board (MRB) issues. You will help set strategic direction for the quality organization and is responsible for designing and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating materials. Responsibilities include: Responsibilities include daily tasks, such as: Review of Mfg / QA Documentation Product inspection results in order to contribute to the disposition of product Visual, functional, and dimensional product testing. Responsible for documentation of all testing and audit results as defined by Standard Operating Procedures. Process parameter checks per MBR, as required Manual control charting and calculations of the filling process, as required. Evaluation of products and the process by which they are manufactured Collect finished product samples for QA testing labs, retention samples, etc. Computer data entry input/output of inspection results. Performance of procedural and regulatory activities. Assure equipment is in current calibration prior to use. Assist Environmental monitoring personnel in collecting data or samples RODAC, swabs, pressure, differentials and addressing excursions. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Uses testing equipment to check whether materials or products meet standards. Qualification Requirements: Experience in documentation of all testing and audit results as defined by Standard Operating Procedures. Evaluation of products and the process by which they are manufactured. Collect finished product samples for QA testing labs, retention samples, etc. Computer data entry input/output of inspection results. Performance of procedural and regulatory activities. Assure equipment is in current calibration prior to use. Assist Environmental monitoring personnel in collecting data or samples RODAC, swabs, pressure, differentials and addressing excursions. Experience using testing equipment to check whether materials or products meet standards. Minimum of 2-5 years related experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or health industry. Specialized required skills: Medical Device experience required. ASQ-CQE, CQA, CBA or equivalent.
